LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE

I booked gas for home delivery on19.11.10 but till today .20.12.10 not deliver. Already given complaint mails to Veena Apte and Sales Officer. Sales Officer is saying that he made call to Distributor in my area and will be delivered soon.

IT IS VERY SHAMEFULl treat for HP customers. And they are not caring their customers, they dont know better customer relationship.
