Worms in the wate

For the last 2 to 3 months we rae getting water with thread like worms from our taps. I have complained (Tel. No. 155313) to the authorities who promised to visit our house and look into the complaint. Even though I am in constant touch with call centre nobody came to our house and saw the problem. We rae conserned about our health, hence we request for an early solution.
