Hometown future group
Cheating (defective products)

Sir,

the Hometown outlet of future group located at Vikhroli (west) has cheated us in selling bathroom tiles. We ordered bathroom tiles (Kajaria and Orient), floor tiles (Picasso) and bathroom fittings (jaguar) on 29-08 from Hometown showroom at Vikhroli (W)(advance order no.2088014970). We were supposed to receive this order on 4-09.But we received half of that order and remaining order was delivered on 7-09.Of that order received, 16 pieces of Orient tiles were defective. When we insisted to take away defective pieces for replacement their delivery boy refrained from doing so. On request he took away defective tiles. Till date i have not received those defective tiles .inspite of repeated complaints to them they have turned deafear and only give assurances. I and my family have undergone great physical, mental and financial distress because of their unprofessional approach and service to customers

I thus request you to look into the matter and help us. We have already given them full payment in advance (their company policy). Hope you would do the needful and take necessary stern action against the company so that this doesn't happen in future.
