Late Delivery and Incorrect Delivery of product

I am 58 years old lady, purchased Bed, Dressing table and Mattress (for the same bed) from Home Town (which is a very big retail outlet in GIP mall) in Noida. Although the cost of Bed and Dressing table are more than what you get in market but because it is a very big outlet, I assumed its service will be good.with a bill of around 40, 000 they promised to deliver max in 20 days, which they did after too many phone calls.they would call up 3 times a week would say that item will be delivered in the evening please make sure that you are at home and would not show up. At the end bed and dressing table were delivered but they were not assembled.they told us another person will come for assembling of the product who came after 3-4 days of delivery. After assembling of the bed when we finally laid mattress, which I had purchased from home Town only for the same Bed which they told will be delivered with the bed only is smaller in size. A big goof up from there side, we are calling them again and again and complaining them what they have done and to change the mattress, they are again following the same pattern of just assuring that they will talk to senior person will get mattress changed on Saturday but has not showed up yet. It has been more than a month now from the time of the payment to till date and still the delivery process in not completed from their side. Please Help.
