NON DELIVERY OF FLOOR TILES

I purchased floor tiles of NITCO make on 1st July'2011 making full payment in cash (more that Rs 1.0 Lac). The tiles were supposed to be delivered by next day. But till date it has not been delivered on the pretext of auditing, which they never informed us during receiving the money. And HOME TOWN even do not have the courtesy to inform us the delay over phone. On the contrary they (Mr. Bijoy Kumar Singh and Mr. Akhilesh Jha) are hanging up our calls and not giving any confirm date of delivery. I am losing money and time, since the work is held up, and the tile fixing people are sitting idle.
