There are many hidden cost in supertech which will be surfaced once you try to take possession.

1: most of the buyer are middle class and they take loan from bank. To get disbursement, buyer need many documents from builder. Here supertech play game, they intentionally delay those and later charge of interest on delay payment.

2: very high maintenance cost I.e. 4000 rs per month.

3: marketing will do false promise during selling and later buyer has to pay lot of extra money for using of various facilities like club.

4: buyer can, t sell flat if they wish then they have to pay 500 rs per sq ft to supertech.

Beware of supertech and avoid them as far as possible.
