Delay in Possission

We purchased flat in Project Paras Panorama located in Kharar. Both 2 bed room flats are in the name of undersigned (1380 sq ft)

During the sale deed we were committed that possession will be in March. (ref the attached mail)

In agreement it was found that the possession date is mentioned as Sep & We accepted

We tried nos of time to your sales reps even visited to Mohali also. No one is ready to intimate the possession date. Every one is saying we will intimate. Your sales rep have started even non answering to calls.
