This is to bring to your notice that we the residents of 214/Shiv shankar nagar, S.P.Road, Near shiv prerna chowk, Wadala (e), Mumbai-37 have a ground floor and a first floor structure. Because of the tower line which is very low we are unable to extend the height of our houses. However our next door neighbor Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Jaiswal and we share a common wall. Despite our objecting him, he has now further extended the height of his roof top which is a hindrance to all the residents as the Tower line is very low. Any damage could take the lives of all the residents in this area.

With deep regret we would like to plead to you that despite lodging complaints with the Police Station, the BMC and our local Corporator, no action has been taken and Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Jaiswal has now completed the extension of his roof top.

This is our humble request to look into the matter and take immediate steps to protect our lives and cause unnecessary tension. Worries and hindrance to the many poor lives around.
