House Hold Goods
Parcel not received after 5 days

Sir,

I Have booked three gunny packed house hold goods on 21/ 04 . from shoranur station to manmad station. it was loaded on Mangala express (train no.2617) in which i was travelling on the same day. receipt no. P 348526.

At manmad the guard was not able to open the goods wagon as it was sealed to some other station than manmad. I have registered the details with the manmad railway parcel authorities.

I have not received the parcel as well as any where abouts or information of the parcel, even after regular follow up.

Please help.
