Delay in Booking and delivery

I have booked a cylinder on 23/12, but till date 04/01 the cylinder yet not received. I also complained to HPCL consumer zone online. COMPLAINT REFERENCE NO. is 11066355 dated 31 Dec and 11066876 dated 02Jan But no response till date.
