HPCL/ LPG CYLINDER
Inordinate delay in gas delivery

I am Dr. M.John Charles Reader in Physics, Govt. College (A) RAjahmundry. I have H.P gas connection with Maruthi gas Agencies Rajahmundry.consumer card no.is 613914.

I booked cylinder on 01-04&-#039;11 but till today the cylinder is not supplied. For the last 4 days I am riging everyday and they reply we are sending today but there is no gas delivery. This not the first time and many times I underwent ordeals to get cylinder and I am thoughroughly dissatisfied with their services. I request you to take necessary action for prompt deliveryof gas and further I requesttheeHPCL authorities to transfer my connection to another agency.
