NON DELIVERY OF GAS AFTER BOOKING

My consumer no is 636058.My dealer Code is 451263.Secunderabad Gas Company, HNo.26-81, Chanikyapuri, Safilguda, Station Road, Secunderabad-500047.
Few months back the booking is started as tele booking and when i call it says it will be delivered in 48 hrs.last refill i got was in july and after that i have called many a times and even gone to my dealer's office.when i called today they say that the net is not working.
Please do something.thanks. Anil
