DELAY IN NEW CONNECTION

Its been more than a month since i am to get a new gas connection from HP.The dealer who serves my location M/s Renuka Agency keeps on saying week after week that it will take 15 days for new connection to come. The situation is getting extremely pathetic and adding to my woes he is even insisting me to buy a new gas stove after which only a new connection can be offered. Please look into this asi am fed up after following up with the rude staff.
