Agency tries to steal cylinde

I got a new connection on 5th November. My first cylinder was delivered within a week. My second cylinder has not been delivered. Repeated complaints have failed. The Representative Ranganath and Murali has different story every time we call him. Sometime he says he will send cylnder right away, sometimes he claims the cylinder has been already delivered. I have visited the Danish Gas agency 7 times for this. everytime they promise to resolve the issue soon. Last promised date for resolving the issue is 3rd-4th Feb.
