Non delivery of gas cylinde

I am consumer of LPG gas of Kiran Agency (HP Gas), Kondwa (PUNE) 48.My consumer no is 656144.Every month they ask for booking of gas cylinder after 21 days, after booking again they ask for another 10-12 days for delivery, and every month they have an excuse that there is severe shortage of cylinders. Every month we have to servivive at least 2-3 days eating from restaurents, as we get cylinder only after 34-35days after booking, Despite the fact that i have 2 cylinders.

Kindly do something, and let we common people know that action is being taken against these BIG Gas Agents with a complaint of a small consumer.
