Delay in supply of refill gas

Dear Sir,

we are one of the old customer in Surabhi agency, i am making a complaint against this agency for the first time in this tenure, our consumer number is 601386, we have two cylinders now, we booked for refill on November 6th and got the booking number as 246338, till this date we didn't received our cylinder. we gone directly to the office twice in last week, got the info that will deliver within two days, also today morning gone there and got the answer as will deliver within two days. we called one sales officer for the HP Gas Mr. Palani today and he told that will try his max to deliver today itself. we are in very need for the gas because two cylinders are finished. we request you to do the needful for getting it faster as soon as possible. thanking you
