Late booking & late delivery

My gas agency is booking Gas only after 25 days from previous delivery and giving delivery after 7-8 days after booking. In this month I have booked the gas on 30th dec and till now (6th Jan) I have not received the gas. On reply of a call they said the the gas will be delivered in next 1 or 2 days.
