I have a funny experience with HP gas supply, My consumer no is 617115 Dealer Dhar and Sons Code 19585400, is just a funny character, whenever I book through Internet, Dealer downloads it on 4th or fifth day of booking and delivers on 10th to 15 th days of booking, I do not know what is HP Gas's standard delivery time in Kolkata City.

I made several complaints against this dealer and requested HP Service manager to correct the dealer or take corrective actions on the dealer, but still no change observed, the dealer will lift phone only after 11:15 AM and stop recieving at 2:30 PM, when asked why delay in downloading booking request he Threatens like " Do whatever you can do". Whenever ask for supply their word is " there is a supply crunch it will take another 10 days for delivery"

I will request HP's senior Executives to explore for second dealer in this area if they do not have any control over this ROUGE dealer.
