I am Rajdeep Mhatre, a resident of Thane (W). My consumer number for HP Gas is 619242. We have booked for a fefill cyliner with Soham Gas Agency on 29th June. Till date (19th july) we have not received our cylinder. On repeated follow-ups we have been assured of same day delivery but we never received delivery. We ensure that one of our family member is always available at home to receive the delivery. We have been facing this problem for quite some time but now it is getting worst. Please suggest how to handle this problem.
