HP Gas
No Refill delivery after 50 days

I have booked my refill online on October 5 and did not receive a refill until date. I have also tried to used the preferred time delivery option on HP gas website. No use at all. I went to the dealer and he told me that it will come next day and waited all afternoon (leaving work as I live alone) and no one turned up.

The biggest problem with Maharashtra gas, Powai is that they never pick up the phone and talk to you very rudely when you go there. I hate this begging for a gas cylinder. I am left with no option. waiting for the gas pipeline to come home from some private company. NO Govt. in utilities anymore please.

HP gas regional office has colluded with the dealers and they are of no help. I have called them many times and the one time they picked up said they don't take complaints and I should go to the dealer to deal with my problem.

I have no hope of action but to complain and go plead the dealer again for a gas cylinder.
