Non delivery of gas

I have booked for gas cylinder on 09th feb over tele phone. booking no is 72994. but till now i haven't get my booked gas cylinder. i called them several time over phone and every time they said that they will deliver it in the next day but till now they haven't deliver. i want to know what should i do to get my gas.
