Non delivery of gas cylinde

I narinder kumar (coustmer number 701294) complaited it earlier and my complaint no is 10055566. i have booked my cylinder on 16 feb but till date (15/3) i haven't get my cylinder. It is really tough to get cylinder so please make it sure that I will get my cylinder delivery at home.
