Online refill booked on 09-04 but not downloaded by the distributertill 22-04, later manually booked on 28-04

Dear Sir

I, Rajesh Watts, Consumer No. 513998 want to draw your kind attention to problem regarding online refill booking. Sir, I have booked a refill on 09-04, but this entry has net been downloaded by the distributor of HP Gas M/S Gupta Gas, Fazilka dealer code 19608300. This booking has been auto acknowledged on 22-04. On dated 28-04 when I called the distributor to confirm the delivery of refill, they said that we have booked your refill today i.e. 28-04. In this way perhaps the distributor will deliver my refill late by 19 days. Sir, I have submit online complaint regarding the same problem with complaint no. 11006191 on 28-04 but in vein. Sir, You are requested to take strict action with regard to my complaint and solve my problem urgently.
