i am a customer of hp gas service.i am resident of miraroad (mumbai)

i have done the gas booking on 30 th July 11 they said it will be delivered within 15 days, since then i am doing followups with them on regular basis, till date i have not received the delivery .they are least bothered or concerned about it.alternate days i kept on calling them their fix standard answer is 2 days.its been more than 12 days we not having having gas and using a stove to cook food or we get food from outside..when ever i call 1st thing they as is your checking is pending when should we come.donkeys dont understand that there is no gas to check.today morning when i call said they will send it by monday as they dont have vehicle.isnt really frustrating more than 12 days without gas getting from outside.so i want to lodge a complaint against this and want a strict action to be taken.
