Delay in release of NC/DBC/RC

Hi HPCL Gas Team,

I have raised a prior complaint (complaint no. 11043476) because of nonissue of the connection. After the first complaint i got a call on monday at 2pm from Prem Gas agency that they have visited my house for house inspection.when i said that i am at office they said i should have been at home. I said its reasonabe that i would be in office on weekday and that they should have called me before coming to my house. Since i and my sister are doing job, our house is locked wholeday. We are available at our house on weekend or if the agency people want to visit our hoe on weekday only they can inform us beforehand.

Instead of cooperating with me they said the connection would not be granted. The language was rude and highly unmprofessional. Since HPCL is a highly reputed brand i have expected far more more professioal behaviour.

Please have a look into this matter ASAP as non availability of gas is causing me much trouble.

I have applied for the new connection on 22nd september and i still have to hear from them. Not sure what else i need to do to get the connection when i have already shown them the required documents.
