NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER-EVEN 30 DAYS

Dear Sir,

I am holding consumer no. 626885 of HP Gas from Chirag Gas Agency at Nallasopara (W), i have book the refill on 3rd of Jun till am writing this note i have not received my cylinder, i got 2 cylinder connection.

no favorable response from Gas Dealer. Now a days there is too much delay of receiving refill of cylinder and there is no customer support

Hence request you to please look into the matter ASAP
