HP Gas Cylinder
Cylinder not delivered after 10 days and phone is always busy

Hi,

I have a gas connection from Sri sai Krishna Gas Agency, Gachibowli.

I have booked an Gas Cylinder on 30 Nov. But till today (15-Dec) I have not received the gas cylinder. I am trying the phone numbers provided by them : 23000622/23006044

These numbers are always busy. I doubt if they keep the phone aside. We are facing this issue everytime, we try to book the gas cylinder. Many times, we need to go personally and bring the cylinder which is very inconvienient.

Request to look into this Gachibowli issue. It is the minimal responsibility of the HP authorities to ensure that every thing goes in a good progress. This service of home delivery is provided by every dealer and expect the same from HP also.
