Delay in delivering the refill inspite of booking

I booked for a refill of my cylinder on the 6th of January and till date that is 14th Jan I have not got it. Inspite of reminders I have been told that the delivery will take another three days. Am I supposed to understand that gas delivery takes more than half a month??

My consumer no is :648494, my booking no is 1399 at Kiran Hp Gas Agency, 9 Anchor House, Kondhwa Road, Pune-411040.
