Overcharging

I am having ur Hp gas connection in new Delhi area, now the LPG gas cylinder for home use is costing Rs 399/- to us. now your Hp gas distributoe M/s Shakti Traders, at 268, streen no 10, joshi road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi 5, is overcharging it and charging it for Rs 400/-. On asking return Rs 1/- they delivery man refuses to pay and says u give Rs 99 change (if the HP GAS DIST cant ply Re 1 how can they expect customer to pay rs 99 in change). PLEASE TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE..and on complaining to the agency by phone M/s Shakti Traders, they rudely said ' tum change dedo fir ya gas aage se mat mangwana' and when i said i will complaint it to HP he disconnected the phone. It is not the matter of Re 1, It is a matter of overcharging. If u feel Its a matter of concern pleaase take action. Thanks.
