Non Delivering Refil cylinde

Dear Sir,

M/s Kale gas Agency not delivering me refill cylinder even after booking of 20 days. Every time when I am asking about the same on telephone, one lady says " Sir aaj Mil Jayega, Delivery ke liye boys nahi hai.' I am on compony tour and out of Nagpur and my faimily suffering due to this cause.
