Very Bad Service

I have a very bad experience with SUGAM ENTERPRISES, Off Kanakapura Road Branch.

If I try to contact them, the phone is always busy. Recently, they asked me to submit documents at the Tahsildar Office, which I did, and after getting my RR Number via SMS, I could book my gas on 13th January. Even after more than one week they are yet to deliver the cylinder.

On Thursday 19th January I went with an empty cylinder myself to get the new one but they said the godown was closed and will deliver without fail the next day. The same is yet to be delivered.

Also each time the cylinder is delivered I am charged Rs.430 instead of the Rs.415 which is the bill amount.

Kindly help me to sort these issues and let me know how and when this CORRUPTION and NON-SENSE will come to an end.
