Thanks for this website.

I am planning to buy a flat in Bangalore, regarding this i had visited several builders, promotors everyone extended me good reception, nice talkings, good offers etc. Before taking a final call i had framed the below questions and asked them to reply by email and informed them then only i came over there for final negotiation. Surprisingly no one had replied for my e-mail so far. I was chasing them for a reply no one is intrested to answer my call. I think you all can also ask these questions before you take final call.

Questions are

Carpet area?

Build up area?

Super Build up areaa?

What is the wall thickness?

What is the size of the main pillar, supporting pillar?

How is drainage facility planned in the building and how it is planned between Flats?

What are all drinking water sources avaialble?

Any arrangements made for collecting garbages?

Generator back up available for the building / lifts?

Proof for ULC clerance for development.

Proof for No Clearance certificate from municipality for constructing the building.

Latest Property tax payment details.

Sanctioned build plan from government.

History of the land whether it is a farm land / any water reservoiers like pond, lake were there before.

What are the amneties you are providing?

Could you please brand the cement you had used and how you are assuring us that in all places same cement is used.

Any particular reason for choosing that brand?

Have you used the same brand of cement in any of your projects, what is the feedback from the owners?

Are yo mentioning the specifications of the rawmaterials used for the construction of building?

Is there any legal problem in the land?

Is it is the land is buildable land as per government records.

Address or contact refernce for other flat owners.

Your title deed for the land.

Are you mentioning the delivery date in the agreement copy?

If fail to deliver with in the time will the EMI of the loan will be paid by builder till possession?

What is the target date for issuing us the Building completion certificate to us (which has to be procured from Goverment agency)
