Delay in delivery of refilled cylinde

I am 75 years old, residing at 14, Sitalatala Lane, Hindmotor, Hooghly, West Bengal-712233. My Domestic LPG Gas is of HP, Consumer Mo- 603939, whose dealer is Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara, Ph. No-(033) 2663 4582. This Dealer of HP is worst in Customer care and their supply of refilled cylinder is abnormally delayed. Every time they give excuse of short supply, lack of man power etc. They even least bother to attend the Phone call. I really feel lucky to get their telephonic reply. Being an old sick retired Govt. Official, it is very difficult for me to withstand such malpractice of such an utility service. I hope you will take care of this and and do the needful at the earliest.
