There were a leakage of gas on 14.10.2009 evening from the junction of the regulator and cylinder when a new cylinder was connected. A strong hissing sound with pungent smell alerted us. The cylinder was immediately stopped and next day i.e on 15.10.2009 a complaint was lodged with the agency but till 18.07hrs. no one attended. When undersigned contacted over phone they boldly said there is no EMERGENCY service. This a gross negligence to their part, and I feel any day it can cause major accident and loss of life.
