Delay in handover of flat

I have booked a flat in Gundecha Altura. Possession (as per the agreement) was in March. The Builder is delaying the possession of the flat and is providing no reasons for the delay.

The builder is a complete cheat and one should avoid purchasing flats from the builder. Due to the delay, owners of Gundecha Altura would have to pay extra service tax as well.

Complete unprofessional builder. Prospects should avoid purchase of their flats
