Non attentance of complait

I had complaint of my pump not working on11/8/09, and was attented by az globalon 14/8/09.that iwas made to carry the motor to his workshop and collected the same in the evening and made the cash payment of rs.725. now it has stopped working a week back.i talked to him on telephone on monday last he promised to racitfy the same . but till date no body has come .i must have made him at last 20 calls in a week.every time he says yhe man will be at you place within ahr.

the message we get after the complaint at yourtoll free no.gives the wrong no of az global.please recitf the same. AND ASSURE THAT CROMPTON ATER SALES SERVISE TO IMPROVE OTHER WISE I AM AFRAID THAT THIS WILL BRING BAD NAME.
