I took the home loan in 2003 from idbi bank. Pichle 8 saalon se hum apna loan chuka rahe thein aur ab hum pura loan khatam karna chahte hai isliye humne april me loan ka payment kiya tha but in month of may jab hum aur thoda paisa jama karane gaye to bank walon ne partly payment karne se inkaar kar diya they said ki after june aap paisse jama karayie. This is not right if a customer wants to clear his loan so bank paise lene sse kaise mana kar sakti hai. Please Help us for this matter.
