Harrasment with msg

I am customer having mobile connection of idea cellular ltd hyderabad bearing no 98480 72133 from ast 10 years on 2 nd march 11 i started getting msg before every out going call that i hv to resubmit document had to waste 45 sec hearing to that msg i hv called up to customer care sent msgs to apilite and grevience dept that they hv no business to harass me beforeEVERY OUT GOING CALL if i hv to submit i shall do so and if not they hv every right to discinnect my service but they cannot insist me to here the nonsence msg there was some times i hv forgotten to i hv called or the purpose of my calling because the msg was irritating

i hv resubmitted the necessary document their application ref 0436153 (application profarma ref 555) at their authorised collection centre at safilguda hyderabad on same day with due acknowledgement

now my problem is again they started repeating msg from yesterday that i hv to resubmit the paper (THEY CAN ATLEAST CALL ME AND GIVE ME 24 HRS TIME INSTED THEY STARTED PLAYING THE PRERECORDED NONSENCE) I HV AGAIN LODGED COMPLAING WITH CUSTOMER CARE THEY HV SENT MSG TO ME AT 21/45 (six msgs) THAT RERECORDED MSGS WERE STOPED BUT AS A MATTER OF FACT EVEN NOW i.e 10/11 am on 24 th same msg is continueing

this is athetic service idea cellular is giving to its customers and there is no cordination between their sms msgs and actual the customer care is non functunal THEY NO ONLY ONE LINE WE ARE SORRY FOR DISCOMFORT

IN CASE I AM GIVEN A CHANCE TO RATE THE SERVICE OF IDEA CELLULAR SERVICE I RATE ONLY 1 ON A SCALE OF 10

I HAVE APPLIED FR MNP TODAY

I DONT ADVISE ANY BODY TO GO FR IDEA CONNECTION AND IS PROPOSING TO GO FR CONSUMER FORUM FOR ALL THIS NONSENCE
