My IFB Washing machine (Elite 5.5Kg) is not working for the past one week. On 12.1. I have made a complaint with IFB service centre (Chennai) at Tel. No: 19014255678. My complaint no. is 4004080. Though it is nearing one weeks time, no one has come and attended the machine. Please arrange to direct the service mechanic immediately without further delay.
