Repetition of the paid bill in the current month bill

It is regretful to put on record that in spite of repeated phone calls to the consumer care number 91-11-46074607 and mail sent to customercare.png@igl.co.in regarding arrears in bill of Rs 1702/- in current month bill but i have already made payment of that and i have also attached bank statement with that mail but nobody has given me any response till date. I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority to respond to the matter.
