I, Indra Shrivastava from Shivaji Nagar Ward, Sagar (M.P.) have indane gas consumer number:12482 at Sagar Gas Agency, shop no11812, Tilli Road Sagar. I have booked my gas cylinder on 1/11 and I made complaint many times but still it have not been supplied till today.
