Cylinder not delivered. People of agency not responding Properly

Hi,

I am Indane Gas Company customer. My agency name is Shila Agency, J.P.Nagar.

My customer number is 99318.

I booked cylinder 4 weeks ago. but still it is not delivered. Whenever i called there people there not responded properly and always told me to wait for another 3-4days.

Every saturday i called there, they told me that they will send that day only but later in evening they said it will delivery next week only. this happens every week.

And the guys from that agency doesnt know how to speak to their customers properly.
