Indane
Not getting gas for 2 months after booking

I am a customer of Indane gas for more than 10 years. But for the last few times gas dealer (M/S CITY LITE, Taki Road, Barasat, North 24 parganas, West Bengal) is trying to make our life hell. These time I booked (Booking no. 13671) on 23/11, and after reminding for 5 more times, not getting any cylinder. The frauds are making promises as "Tomorrow surely" everytime. Is these some kind of a joke? My request is to you that take these complain and take action accordingly.
