Non delivery of cylinder after 15 days of booking

DELIVERY PROBLEM

My consumer no.6004 and I am a resident of c-305, New Seemapuri, Delhi - 110095.(My cell No. is 9971698536) M/s Sindhu Enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have booked the cylinder on 17.3.2010 at 22.05 bookingNo. 108.. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them (011-22581881) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been delivered till date i.e. 31.03.2010. Every time I have to face this problem for getting the delivery of gas cylinder. On 28th March complaint was made on their toll free no. ComplaintNo. is 52009. But no action is taken till yet. On making complaint We were told that the gas will be provided to you latest by 28th evening. But Sir I am sorry to state that till now the gas has not been provided.

Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
