Paid Rs.2 Lakhs as Deposit and was promised that Legal Documentation would be done within 2 Months. But, Rohit Pandit simply closed the office and fled Solapur with his family. Numerous buyers have been cheated. Trusted Rohit Pandit because he advertised full page colour advertisements in leading newspaper and his website-www.rohitpanditcorp.com displayed Maharashtra Jails Minister inaugrating Pooja Ceremony. Shocked when website has been removed and is currently displaying - Under Construction Tag.
