Poor Booking/Delivery system

I am a Indane Gas Consumer. My consumer No.21242, Dealer: M/s. Goverdhan Gas Agency, Visakhapatnam. I have booked a refill on 23/04 through the website Tomogas.com. Till date the refill is not supplied. When enquired with the dealer, I am surprised to know that there is no booking on this consumer no. This is very riduculour after waiting for more than 20days.

Such complaints should not be repeated.
