Gas leakage and bad cooperation with cuc=stomers

Dear sir.

i have complained for a leakage of gas, but the agency people are not ready to exchange it soon.and they also have bad co-operation with the customers .if an accident occurs with my family members then i would prefer a police complaint on behalf of the agency (balasore gas agency, BALASORE.)

i will be really obliged if you take the action as soon as possible.
