ASI - High Court Order Violation

Everybody is in spree of violation of Law & Court, all thanks to Delhi Government, in which all departments are involved, inspite of clear order from High Court regarding properties within 100 meters of protected monuments, which in this case happens to be NILI MASID, in Hauz Khas, the Police, MCD & ASI all are getting their shares in illegal construction on properties in full swing D-1/5 & H-1/12, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

Wherein the Court has given clear verdict and order on ASI, and restricts them in making any construction by private builders within specified limit, but money in form of bribes pay major role then Court Orders or even regular publications in Newspaper, HT, dated.12 Oct 09, 29 Oct, 09, 31 Oct, 09 & 8 Dec, 09 and in News Channels also.

All superior officers are engaged in fulfilling their shares of black money then regulation; we request press to bring this topic in headlines before it’s too late.
