Dear Sir,

I have two gas cylinders with me. Mygas I.D. No52967 Gas Delar Dev Agencies

80 feet Road, K.K.Nagar, Chennai-600078. I geting theonly one cylinder after 40days.

As per your rules I booked on 11/12 booking clerk told me after 10 days only you get the cylinder yesterday 0n21/12 I asked the booking clerk it will take time. Iam managing with only one cylinder several years barrowing from the nebiours

but now days they are not giving the cylinde These facts I told the booking clerk you can coplaient any where till date I get the cylinder Daily 5 members family getting food from hotels past 10days.

I need the rulesof your company regarding thebooking proceeds. Your rules is 21 days

but I booked after 21 days they took 10 to 20days to deliver the cylinder that day onwards they are calculating then after 21 days I can book a cylinder then after same procedure 10 daysto 20days only I can get the cylinder. In gap 21days has gone so the second cylinder is out of question I need a explain this. Your early respose is very much appriciated.
