Leaking Indane Gas delivery without testing & no response from emergency line

Hi,

This is Sudhendra Mohan from sector 82, Noida. My consumer number for Indane Gas connection is E013277 & the concerned gas agency is Mithala Gas Agency.

Yesterday dated 15th June '10 I received a gas cylinder refill which has heavy leakage & the leakage kept on increasing gradually. I keep on calling the emergency number 919717333366 for help & replacement of the cylinder, but the guy responsible or on duty at that time kept on assuring that the damaged cylinder will be replaced yesterday night itself. But till now, no one popped up with some solution.

The scenario is going on worst & worst. I am not sure about the level of disaster in the near future because of this negligence from the gas agency.

This clearly shows the irresponsible nature of these guys which leads to public disaster.

I guess some serious action should be taken on such irresponsible agencies to avoid such unwanted & avoidable disasters in future.
